Hitech Group: Our Parent Company

In order to meet the needs of Maruti Suzukis joint venture, M/s Bharat Seats Limited, for fabricated wires and wire frames, Hitech Group was founded in 1988 as a Press Tool fabrication and machining plant in New Delhi, India. Earlier, assembled chairs used by M/s Bharat Seats Limited were imported from Japan in CKD form. For the tiny 800cc cars in use at the time, our plant could initially only create 20 sets per day, but over time, this capacity was increased to 1800 sets per day. Hitech Group has climbed the success ladder well ahead of its competitors because of creative thinking, modern, cutting-edge equipment and infrastructure, severe quality checks and workmanship, and more. It serves the requirements of numerous companies like Maruti Suzuki, Tata, Mitsubishi, Honda, and Fiat versions as the exclusive provider of wires/wire frames, stay headrest components, and vehicle seats.

Hitech is made up of three separate companies: Hitech Engineers, which creates headrest seat components and cold-forged automotive components; Mechciv Engineers, which creates wires and wire frames for automobile seats; and Hitech Exports, which trades and creates firefighting equipment and accessories for exports.
